This month I received an order for 50 white and clear soap dishes. I love getting orders for custom production fused glass dishes for hotels and restaurants. This is actually one of the most difficult soap dishes I make. because instead of 2 layers of glass I cut 5 for the top and then 1 for the bottom. After cutting them I wash each piece, then I assemble them in the kiln and full fuse them. Then I slump them in to the shape of a soap dish.
Here are the finished fused glass soap dishes. They look great, perfect for soap or condiments, small snacks, etc.
As always, I also sent them a gift. It’s one of my favorites and includes white so I thought they’d like it, and perfect for soap.
