We took another trip to Westcliffe. Last year when we went there were tons of wildflowers this time of year. This year there wasn’t as many but they were still awesome.
We also went to the property, mostly cactus but there were a few more flowers as well.

After visiting Westcliffe, we headed over to Delta to visit Dan’s parents, I’ll do another post on the visit. We were delayed by an accident for over an hour, of course I decided to take a couple of pictures of the Arkansas river. It’s such a pretty river.
We drove through Gunnison and the Blue Mesa Reservoir, it was low but still beautiful. Yes I know thistles are weeds, but I love them all the same.
