I wrote a post about my visit to the Westcliffe Train Depot a couple months ago. I noticed they have a small gift shop. I told them I’d be happy to give them some fused glass train magnets for them to sell and make a little bit more money.
During June’s DYK I showed off some of the fused glass magnets (here they are again) I made for the train depot in Westcliffe.
Of course, I didn’t stop with fused glass. I also screen-printed and wood burned some wooden ornaments for them. Ironically, I can’t really tell the difference between screen-printed and wood-burned can you? The top 3 are wood-burned and the second row is painted.
I hope they like them. I love giving back, I think it’s important to support places I believe in. I’ll let you know if they liked them.
