Washington DC

As I have mentioned before in my posts, I have a job that allows me to travel and when I travel for work I try to do something for me as well. Last month was a busy month for me not only did I go to Paris I also got a chance to go back to DC.

I really love the monuments. I wasn’t there long, but I did go to see the Jefferson Memorial. In all the times I’ve been to DC I never made it to the Jefferson Memorial so it was my number one focus (besides work of course). The memorial was a bit of a trek from the mall. but it was worth it.

Of course I couldn’t help but take more pictures of the Washington Monument.

I also was able to get a few more pictures of the Capital and the White House.

A few more buildings that I liked: the treasury building, the agriculture building, the African American Museum,, Lafayette Square.

I had lunch and had a little visitor. No I didn’t feed him.

Lastly, I’m such a geek. But I couldn’t help myself.
