I’ve shared several posts in the past about FestiviTea and the custom fused glass pieces I create for their lovely shop. These newest tea bag holders and stirrers are especially close to my heart because I screen printed each one by hand—layering delicate designs onto the glass before firing. It’s such a fun and satisfying process that gives each dish its own unique personality. I ended up making 15 in total, and here are the first five. Each one is different, and I’m absolutely thrilled with how they all turned out!

These next four dishes include two of my favorite sayings: “I just wanna make pretty things and drink tea” and “Keep Calm and Drink Tea.” I used each quote twice but varied the colors and designs to give them their own charm. I really love how these turned out—the colors are soft and calming, and both sayings just make me smile. They’re perfect for a cozy cup of tea!

Next up are two more of my favorite tea-themed sayings: “You’re My Cup of Tea” and “My Cup of Happy.” I made two of each design—four dishes in total—and they all feature a charming little illustration of a tea cup. These pieces are so cheerful and sweet; I think they’d make perfect gifts for tea lovers or anyone who enjoys a little joy with their daily brew.

And finally, the last two dishes feature the sweet and comforting phrase, “A Cup of Tea Makes Everything Better.” Not only do they include a little tea cup, but also a teapot—which I absolutely adore! Each dish has its own distinct flair: the one on the left is accented with a striking pattern bar at the top, while the one on the right has a beautiful aventurine green. They’re the perfect way to wrap up this batch of tea-inspired creations!

Of course, I couldn’t resist making another set of fused glass stirrers for the tea shop as well—15 unique designs in total. Just like the dishes, each stirrer is one-of-a-kind and full of personality. One quick tip for anyone using them: be sure not to go from a very hot drink to a very cold one (or vice versa), as the sudden temperature change can cause the glass to shatter. With a little care, these stirrers add such a fun and colorful touch to any cup of tea!

Since I was already screen printing, I decided to make three tiny fused glass tea dishes just for fun—and honestly, aren’t they adorable?! These little cuties are perfect for holding a tea bag, spoon, or even a small treat. I love how something so small can still bring so much charm to a tea moment.

Creating this collection of fused glass tea dishes and stirrers for FestiviTea has been such a joy. From hand-screening the designs to choosing just the right colors and accents, each piece was crafted with love and intention. Whether you’re sipping solo or sharing a pot with a friend, I hope these little glass treasures add a touch of happiness to your teatime.
