After taking the cookie class (see previous blog) Lela and I took another cooking class (BTW I don’t enjoy cooking). The class was at the French Kitchen in Colorado Springs. They gave me a nice bag because I signed up for another class. I made chicken and dumplings. I so enjoyed making it and watching the other ladies make their dishes.
It was a little daunting for me at first but the instructor was amazing, she had 8 or more students and it was great. I liked it so much I’m actually going to try to help my husband cook dinner (BTW if you’ve never used Emeals it’s great). She also fed us snacks while we were cooking.
All together we made 7 items, I liked that we got to take the dishes home because all of them fantastic.
I liked this class so much I signed up for 3 more cooking classes. One with Lela (Toffee), another with my daughter Sky (Sweets & Treats), and another one with my husband Dan (couples). I’ll let you know how they turn out.
