I did it, I screen printed the serenity prayer on fused glass. It took me forever but Isn’t she beautiful. The first one didn’t turn out because white isn’t strong enough to stand up to the background. I wish it was because the white against the aventurine blue was beautiful.
I added brass hangers (fired in) and then a brass chain (I’ll cut to the size she wants) so she could hang it. I love both copper and brass because they hold up to the high temperature of a kiln firing.
This was a custom order for a friend of mine but, if Ann doesn’t want it, I think I’ll have to keep it. 🙂
