I love making fused glass plant stakes and thought I’d show them off. Aren’t they beautiful.

I had some large flowers that I hadn’t used and decided to create some plant stakes with these beautiful flowers. Aren’t they special, especially the ladybugs.

Of course I also made a tulip and bird plant stakes. In keeping with my goal to use glass pieces I had around the studio I used the tulip and bird I made for other projects.

I thought I’d also make a few that are focused on color. So I created these with dots and frit. Simple yet beautiful perfect for green plant stakes.

I wanted to show you these two plant stake because sometimes things happen in the kiln. One of the flowers petals broke off so I put it back in the kiln and added a leaf and a bee. Another plant stake I made with a poinsettia had issues as well, I’m not sure if you can see the issue, but you can see it in person. I will keep both of these to show people things can happen in the kiln. They are both still beautiful.

These fused glass plant stakes inspired me and I have some other plant stakes in mind. I can’t wait to finish them and show them off too!
