New Fused Glass Aspens

After making Marilyn’s fused glass aspens I liked them so much I decided to make more. I loved the bears so much that I had Tracy make me some other animals. Here they are, I just love them and can’t tell you which one I liked the most. Which is your favorite?

It’s a challenging firing schedule and sometimes they break. This one broke and I’m just heartbroken about it. It reminds me of Westcliffe and I just loved it. I’m not sure what to do with it.

Because the firing schedule is such a challenge I didn’t slump all of them. I slumped them into 2 different styles; an S cure or a single curve. Again I love them both. I’m curious which is your favorite?

I can either slump the other 3 – like I did with the bears and fox (above); add hangers – like I did with the red trees on the left; put them into a pre-made stand – like I did with the deer; have a custom stand made – like I did for the red tree in the middle; or I can make a stand – like I did for the winter aspens. I’m curious what is your favorite way to display them.

I’d love to hear what you think of my new aspens. Please let me know what you think.
