June in Westcliffe

We went to Westcliffe again this month. I love summer in Westcliffe. The pictures below are all from the Bluff. Such pretty flowers. I may need to try to make the red and blue ones in glass.

When we’re in Westcliffe we do a lot of driving, as we drive around I constantly had Dan stop so I can take pictures of the flowers. Aren’t they beautiful.

We also went to Lake DeWeese, this is the backside next to the river! Such a great view.

Of course I love the town as well. Here are some shots of town. I’ve shown the theater and jail before, but we took my in-laws there so I thought I’d show them again. The school is new, we were just driving down a street and there it was, so cool. There were flowers were all over town, including columbine.

Of course we also went to the property. I love seeing my cactus in bloom! As you can see it was a bit cold and rainy but it didn’t stop us from enjoying our trip to Westcliffe!

On our way home we found these amazing cactus bushes. The flowers were amazing. You know the best part about all these flowers is the most of them were on the side of the road!

CRAZY huh, I love Colorado Wildflowers.
