I’ve mentioned my friend and mosaic teacher Cathy many times in my posts. I’ve taken 7 classes with her over the years.
A few years ago a friend of mine closed his stained studio and I bought his supplies including glass and molds. Some of the glass is fusible and some of its not. But it’s all usable to stained glass artist or mosaic glass artists.
Anyway I invited Cathy over to get some glass for her mosaic artwork. We had a lot of fun looking through the glass talking mosaics. She picked out 3 boxes of glass.
Then she said if I’d box it up she’d sell it for me. So I made 22 boxes used up the majority of my opaque glass, hence the little piles. It was a lot of work but it made me happy to see how excited people were to get the glass. I also put some little fused glass dots in some of the boxes.
I still have some scrap transparent (non fusible), confetti glass (90), yellow (96), blue streaky (non fusible), float, clear (90&96), clear iridized, and black iridized (both 90 /96). If you want more information please let me know elegantfusedglass@gmail.com
Along those same lines I have several molds including textured molds and slumping molds. They are heavy so local pickup is best. If you’re interested please email me elegantfusedglass@gmail.com
