Fused Glass Wreath

I made a fused glass Christmas wreath a while back, I liked it so much that wanted to make a few more. This picture doesn’t do it justice because the clear is actually iridized.

This time instead of Christmas wreath I made a spring wreaths. I was inspired by a video tutorial that I liked. I drilled a hole and put chain in to make it easy to hang.

The one above has thicker pieces of glass than the one below. Because the glass is more narrow I added a cord (which I tied). I’m not sure if you can tell but the clear glass is iridized, which makes them really sparkle.

After I made the wreaths I made a iridized flowered fused glass panel. It’s so much prettier than the pictures can show. I added some murrine as well.

What do you think of the wreaths. If y’all like them my plan is to add other things to my wreaths.

  1. Karen, I am loving the wreaths and the butterflies. I will definitely be over to see them on the 14th or 21st.
