One of my favorite things to create is my Fused Glass Plant Stakes. Some of the fused glass plant/garden stakes I’ve created include the below. So many techniques just in these 2 pictures.
With Christmas coming up I decided to make some Christmas Plant stakes. The reason is, not everyone wants to put up a big tree and this way you can make any plant more festive.
Here are some of my new Christmas plant stakes, I made them with vitrigraph, frit, murrini, and of course decals. BTW the far right plant stake is all mine, it looks like our kitty.
The next three fused glass plant stakes are a mix of decals, vitrigraph, frit, murrini, aren’t they beautiful and they aren’t necessarily Christmassy.
Then I made some really Christmassy fused glass plant stakes, first up are my fused glass snowmen. Aren’t they adorable.
Of course I couldn’t leave out an angel, pinguin, Santa Claus, and Christmas tree plant stakes.
I also added fused glass ornaments, pendants, suncatchers, etc. to theses metal stakes and they make perfect plant stakes / gifts for those who love plants. They are also easily changed out! What a great way to reuse ornaments, larger pendants, and so much more.
