I love making fused glass mirrors. Normally I use a mirror and small fused glass cabochons. Here are two mirrors I made recently, the first one can be either vertical or horizontal and has the glass on the inside of the bevel. The second one is round and the glass hangs over the edge of the mirror, a very cool effect.
I also love making fused glass mosaic mirrors. Last time I made it on a white frame this time I made it with a black frame.
I made a hand mirror as well but again I used small fused glass cabochons.
However, with all the mirrors I made this is the first time I made a mirror with sheet glass. I hand cut it so it’s not perfect but I think it’s pretty cool. I hope it won’t be my last one.
I’m curious which is your favorite type of mirror; the the mosaic, cabochon mirror, or the hand mirror?
