Fused Glass Eye Glass Holders
As I’ve aged I need glasses to work on details of my glasswork and to read. I leave them everywhere and forget where I put them. So I have created several fused glass eye glass holders to help me keep track of them. Quick story at the Briarfest event I met a wonderful vendor and she was looking at my eye glass holders but she didn’t care for the pieces I had set in the findings so she asked if I could make her one and I told her absolutely pick any necklace (with out a design) and I can turn it into a magnetic eye glass holder and I did. She loved it and I’ve made several since.
Some of my fused glass eye glass holders are necklaces where the eye glasses can be slipped through the hoop. One type is even a fused glass oval that can hold the eye glasses. I also have some fused glass eye glass holders that are magnets one type is the finding and the other type I created from pendants.
The blue one is a necklace but it’s also a snap so you can change out the stone additionally all of these can be used for badges as well.
