This month my new mold is my oval dam mold and then an oval shelf ring mold. As I was going through my glass I found some blue glass and I thought it would be perfect for this mold. I think they turned out really well, I love the transparent. I also love the organic edges!
It turned out so well I tried a drop mold and raised it for a square piece. It gives it a lip and a flat bottom. I really enjoy this technique.
You can see the difference between the drop and a normal mold. Plus don’t you really love the color of this fused glass dish?
