Fused Glass Coral and Lattice Technique Class

I’m plan on offering a class with the following techniques. For this class because they are bigger pieces, I think 3 (max 4) students is best. If you would like to sign up for this class let me know. Once I get 3 students, we can set a date. Please email me if you are interested elegantfusedglass@gmail.com.

There are so many fused glass techniques and one of my favorites is the coral, lace, and lattice technique. It’s because they are similar and yet very different at the same time. This first one is a sconce so it’s self-standing and reflects the light when you put a light behind it.

In addition to sconces, we can make the pieces in different shapes and use them for different purposes.

This fused glass technique is a bit different than the above; they can be center pieces or they can be hung on the wall as art pieces. They are too fragile for fruit bowls!

In addition, the bowls above can be draped verses slumped. Again, these are fragile and are strictly art.

This beautiful blue piece is lattice. I love the look of all of these pieces so beautiful and elegant.

I love this technique so much I have 2 in my house. I hope you like the technique as well.
