French Kitchen Cooking

Just keeping you up today with my foray into cooking. I took my first class alone this month, crepes.  I met a wonderful lady and we had a good time. We made both sweet and savory crepes the French way and it’s not as easy as you’d think. Hers were perfect, mine not so much. But we did have a lot of fun and ate a lot of great food.

My husband and I also took our 3rd fix and feast class. I must tell you, I did not care for the instructor. I understand everyone has a different teaching style but, she was a control freak and for the most part she didn’t let the participants do as much as my other instructors have done. We had carrots, a French pizza, lamb, artichokes, and of course my favorite – crème bruele.

The food was good but, let’s just say if my first class was with her I probably wouldn’t have taken another. Ok enough of a rant. I still highly recommend the French Kitchen and look forward to my next class.
