Flowers – Real and Fused

I love flowers. Earlier this month I made a fused glass flower wave for my friend who is retiring. I loved it and the extra one so much, I think they are just so pretty.

So I made myself a flower wave. Isn’t it pretty? I used the same glass as I did for the one above but I used different flowers, vitrigraph, and frit.

I love flowers, when we go to Breckenridge, Westcliffe, Grand Mesa, or anywhere I spend the majority of my pictures on flowers. I don’t know if I’ve shown y’all but my husband and I just threw a lot of wildflower seeds in my front yard garden area and they turned out beautifully. Here are just a few pictures of my very own wildflower garden.

Now I have 3 fused glass waves, aspens, trees, and now my flowers!

If you would like to see more of my fused glass work, please refer to my website Elegant Fused Glass by Karen. If you get a chance, check out all my site and my Elegant Fused Glass by Karen YouTube. Keeping my kilns warm,

Karen
