Last year I took a class in New York and blogged about it. I didn’t finish one of my fused glass bowls.
I finally finished it and thought I’d post the final picture.
When I left class I left it as a shallow dish. But the next step would make it much deeper.
So after I slumped it into the 2nd step this is how it looks. I love it how it rippled along some of the edges. Such an organic piece. It doesn’t have a flat bottom so I have it sitting on a stand. I need to fined a clear one so it doesn’t show through the piece. I really love how deep it is.
In class, I made another one using the 2nd step. This is what it looks like. I really like this shape, it reminds me of a bell.
