I was going through some of my older pieces and decided to change them up a bit. First, I found some poker guards that didn’t really fit as poker guards. So I changed the 3 of them to large snaps.
I love the tree of life. I made it into a pendant and a broach. You can wear it as either. Isnt’ it beautiful!
These were actually just cabochons meant to be doorknobs, but I thought they were so pretty they should be magnets. Aren’t they perfect!
Two more magnets, again these were just cabochons. They are inclusions – the heart is copper, and the dragonfly are such very unique mica pieces.
This last piece is beautiful, albeit ironically, I can’t remember what I turned it into either a magnet or a broach/pendant. Either one is beautiful. Which do you think it should be?
I find it so cool to take a beautiful piece and make it into something new. Which is your favorite?
