All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, Master Card and PayPal (through PayPal’s merchant facilities).
Custom Orders
If you would like a custom designed fused glass piece please contact me via elegantfusedglass@gmail.com. I would love to design the perfect fused glass art or jewelry piece just for you.
Wholesale/Retail Store Accounts
If you are a retail store that is interested in carrying our handcrafted fused glass, please contact us at elegantfusedglass@gmail.com to discuss pricing and shipping.
Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or FedEx. For small orders the shipping fee is a flat rate of $5.00. For larger orders the shipping is based on FedEx charges. We are sorry, but we are unable to accept international orders at this time (We will ship to APO/FPO!). All shipments (Custom orders excluded) will be processed within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) of receipt of payment. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. We do add insurance to shipments.
Site Security and Privacy Policy
Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection. One of our top priorities at Elegant Fused Glass by Karen keeping your information confidential. We will not under any circumstances share, rent, or sell your personal information to a third party.
Returns
Your business is very important to us! If you are not satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, please email elegantfusedglass@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to discuss return options. Returned item(s) must be in the original condition for an exchange or full refund (minus shipping costs). Please re-wrap the item carefully and include a copy of your invoice.
Can broken merchandise be fixed?
Please contact elegantfusedglass@gmail.com if you have questions about broken fused glass. Collect all of the broken pieces and return them. We are happy to repair (if possible) the item free of charge (minus shipping costs).
Findings
All bails are silver plated unless otherwise noted. Earrings are Surgical Steel unless otherwise noted. If you would like Sterling Silver or a different type of finding please email us at elegantfusedglass@gmail.com and we will be happy to make the necessary adjustments. (Note: Sterling Silver will increase the price of the item.)
Cost Differences
- Dichroic Glass varies greatly in price when purchased in sheets from the manufacturer.
- Our dichroic glass jewelry varies in price dependent on what type of glass was used in its creation.
- The time it takes to create a piece of our glass jewelry is also taken into consideration when pricing each individual piece.
- The jewelry in the thumbnails (photos) appears fairly uniform in size, however the size of each piece varies greatly.
- Please be sure to read the product descriptions where we include the width and length measurements.
