Custom Fused Glass Soap Dish

My cousin just redid her bathroom and wanted a fused glass soap dish. I made her a few options.  She wanted blue and gray soap dish. I made her 4 options, the problem I’m not sure which is my favorite! I think they are all awesome.

I really love making these little dishes because they are perfect for soap, spoons, keys, rings, tea bags, and anything else you can think of!

A funny story about my cousin(s), in 2019 my brothers and sisters had a reunion in Tennessee to see my mom. Well about 20 of my cousins “crashed” the reunion! When I asked them why it was so important to them to come to the reunion, they all said because momma was the last one of her sisters and brothers so they wanted to see her before it was too late and to connect with the rest of us. I haven’t seen most of my cousins in over 40 years and some I never even met before. The picture on the left is my cousin Margie, momma, and my cousin Nancy. The picture on the right is a small amount of my family that was there (Brother-Ron, his girlfriend-Margie, sister-Debbie, sister-Joanne, sister-Teresa, me, daughter, niece-Blair, sister-Laurie, Momma, niece-Olivia, and nephew-Levi.

Needless to say I’m so glad the cousins “crashed” our reunion. I got to know them and connect via Facebook and they’ve added such joy and happiness to my brothers and sisters!! To all my cousins I love you and I’m so happy to have you in my life!! Needless to say once this pandemic is over we want to have another reunion and this time all cousins, nieces, nephews, brothers, and sisters are invited!! Here is a picture of a few of my cousins, brother, sisters, and of course momma.

A special thank you to my cousin Margie for asking me to make a fused soap dish, I hope you like it. Below is the soap dish she chose. It’s a beautiful dish and I think it will look great in your bathroom.
