Another cooking class at the French Kitchen. Dan and I took a fantastic cooking class recently. I just can’t get enough of these cooking classes.
This one was with Kristie of course. I’m so going to miss her, this was my last class with her. It was a fix and feast and it was wonderful. We made potato thing and we got to flip them which was so much fun. BTW that thing Dan is using! so freakin easy to make cut the potatoes!
We made steak and mushrooms. OMG it was good!
We had soup, and we made almond tiles (the best ever). We also drank wine and had a cheese plate. So much fun. I love the fix and feasts, in fact Dan and I have another one in Feb or Mar.
I say this every time but if you are in Colorado Springs I highly recommend The French Kitchen. And no I don’t get anything from recommending them, I just love the place!
My next class is crepes. It’s my first class I’m taking by myself. I’m nervous, no Kristie, no Lela, no Dan! Crap, why did I do that!
No this is not about glass but it is something I truly enjoy sharing.
