July’s fused glass newsletter focuses on holiday fused glass in preparation for my glass shows. My first show is in August in Woodland Park. If there is something you’d like me to bring to my Shows or to put on my websites please let me know.
So for this fused glass blog I thought I’d show off some more of my new fused glass holiday castings. The question is are they pendants or ornaments? The answer is whichever you want!
I think these are so awesome and so versatile! They are transparent so they will look amazing on a Christmas tree or and jewelry.
In April I show some of my fused glass bears. The mold doesn’t have a hole in it so I thought I’d put a hole in it so I can make it transparent. Again Perfect for an ornament or a pendant. I also used a technique I used from my class with Patty Gray, which I talked about in January’s newsletter. I think this is so cool. Should I add gold or just let it be?
Now these are so so cool. They have glow in the dark powder so literally they glow in the dark. Again, perfect for ornaments or pendants!! I may have to keep one of these pieces. So very very cool!
