I had another business trip to Rhode Island this January. I really enjoy Newport and the Naval War College is so fascinating. Of course I worked 10-12 hr shifts so I didn’t have anytime to write my newsletter or anything glass related. In fact I took these 2 pictures on my last day driving off the base.
My last day I was able to go downtown, have lunch, get some fudge, and stopped off at a glass gallery in town. I wish I had more time to explore, I had so much fun the last time I was there (see my blogs referenced below).
I love how I get to travel with my job. Wait until April and where I get to go to! Yep I have a great job!
BTW I’m so happy we now have the United States Space Force. Space is vital to America and hopefully this will remind us of just how important it is to all of us.
BTW as soon as I got home the first thing did when I got home is open my kilns. I so love my glass and it always makes me happy when I get to play with my glass.
