Another Macrame Class at FestiviTEA

I love writing about Festivitea, a few months ago Lela and I took a macrame class together there and this past week we took another macrame class together. Here is what I made during the first Macrame class.

I love how Margo decorates the shop. What a beautiful and cozy place. Here are a couple of pictures of the shop, btw the tea was amazing as always.

The instructor Jessica was great, here are some pictures of my owl. I like it a lot. I’m a child of the 70’s so I enjoy macrame; I think it’s beautiful and I’m glad it’s coming back. Here are some pictures of my owl.

BTW guess who was there? Lynn, the friend we met at Doherty. She brought me jam, so delicious. We want to make spreaders with fused glass on them. I’ll make some more.

BTW don’t forget Margo has some of my fused glass tea dishes and stirrers. Please remember to support your local shops – wherever you are, they need us but almost equally important we need them!

If you would like to see more of my fused glass work, please refer to my website Elegant Fused Glass by Karen. If you get a chance, check out my site and my Elegant Fused Glass by Karen YouTube. If you would like to stay abreast of what I’m up-to and learn a little more about jewelry, check out our newsletter. It is published the last day of each month.

Keeping my kilns warm,

Karen
