2nd Fused Glass Dichroic Jewelry Class at Festivitea

In March I gave a Fused Glass Dichroic Jewelry Class at Festivitea, we had a wonderful time. Here are some of the myriad of samples I’ve made for the class. The samples included iridized, black dichroic (textured, pattern, and solid), and clear glass as well as both full and tacked fused pendants and earrings.

I cut a variety of backgrounds & dichroic glass, I made lots of dots & what I call chips of glass, and I also had murrine & vitrigraph. I’ve never seen such a selection of dichroic in any class I’ve taken. The students in the class had the choice of 2 pendants, a pendant & a ring or a pendant & earrings.

I’ve written about Margo’s shop “Festivitea” several times. My friend Jax introduced me to Margo and we had tea there. My friend Lela and I have had tea there and taken classes. I also have some of my fused glass there (tea dishes & stirrers). It’s a lovely shop and Margo is a fellow Air Force veteran and supports local artists my hosting their artwork in her class. Needless to say, the tea is delicious.

If you’d like to take a class, please contact Margo at Festivitea.
